6k44 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 6k44 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the 6k44 website, gaming services, sportsbook, promotions and all related features accessible at https://6k44.vip and its sub-domains.

These Terms apply to all users of the 6k44 platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the website without registering. 6k44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. • 6k44 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges independent of 6k44. You should review your wallet provider's fee schedule before depositing.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. 6k44 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where the deposit amount is unusually large or inconsistent with previous account activity.
• Deposits made using any payment method not registered in the account holder's own name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 6k44 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically approved and processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Where additional identity verification is required, processing may take longer.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 6k44 reserves the right to withhold any associated funds pending investigation and to pursue recovery through available legal means.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6k44 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 6k44 platform without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability
